In addition to some tips on how to work with our staff and ensure expectations are clear, we’ve also assembled some of the more commonly asked questions about travelling to and out of Denver. How to meet your Driver at DIA
At DIA, our drivers are required to wait in a holding lot adjacent to the main terminal. If you have provided a contact number in your reservation, our driver will initiate a call to you and arrange a meeting point on level 5 of the main terminal. If there is no contact number, proceed to level 5 of the main terminal, and after you have collected any checked baggage, proceed to the limo booth; they will call up your driver. You may contact our office directly if you have any concerns or can’t locate your driver.
How to meet your Greeter at DIA
All greeters will be positioned at the top of the escalators in the main terminal. For arrivals on concourses A, B, C and D, you must take the transit train to the main terminal and proceed up the escalator to find your greeter at the top of this escalator. If you arrived on Concourse A and used the walkway bridge instead of the train, you will still find your greeter at this location.
For International arrivals, your greeter will be just past the security doors as you exit customs.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take my driver to get me to downtown Denver?
On average it takes 40 minutes from DIA to downtown Denver. Dependant on time of day, weather conditions, it could take longer, but your driver will determine the most efficient route based on current factors.
Can my driver meet me at baggage claim?
Our drivers are not allowed to leave thier vehicle at DIA, due to this, your driver can not meet you in baggage claim.
I’d rather not travel with my child’s car seat; do you have any available for use?
Child seats are available if requested in advance.
What should I do if my plans change in the middle of the night?
We have staff on-site 24/7/365 to ensure you can contact us as needed.
